Where should I start? After graduating from high school, I initially went into the emergency services, later to BMW in Munich. Exciting experiences – but none of them felt fulfilling in the long term. The desire to truly make a difference ultimately led me to entrepreneurship. "No Risk, no Fun!" – and that was the right step. In April 2021, I founded Leandroz Marketing – with the clear goal of supporting companies in the DACH region with modern recruitment. As part of the social media generation, I recognized early on: Digital recruiting is not a game – it's the key to finding suitable employees. Our approach is clear and effective: We reach potential applicants where they are today – on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. With targeted, measurable campaigns – entirely without traditional job boards or expensive headhunters. The result? Qualified applications, transparent results, and a strong employer brand that appeals to both young talents and experienced professionals.

And why are we LEANDROZ today?
Even during my studies, I was fascinated by how people think and act – and how marketing, sales, and personal development can be purposefully combined. What started as a side job turned into a passion: reaching people, convincing them, and creating solutions together.
In 2018, I gained my first experience at a marketing agency, where I led the training of sales and marketing teams. During that time, I realized: success happens when strategy meets execution – and people are placed at the center.
In 2021, I met Luca – during a professional development course. Two very different personalities, but with the same values and the same vision. Since then, we’ve combined our strengths: analytical thinking, creative execution, and clear communication.
