Where should I start? After graduating from high school, I initially went into the emergency services, later to BMW in Munich. Exciting experiences – but none of them felt fulfilling in the long term. The desire to truly make a difference ultimately led me to entrepreneurship. "No Risk, no Fun!" – and that was the right step. In April 2021, I founded Leandroz Marketing – with the clear goal of supporting companies in the DACH region with modern recruitment. As part of the social media generation, I recognized early on: Digital recruiting is not a game – it's the key to finding suitable employees. Our approach is clear and effective: We reach potential applicants where they are today – on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. With targeted, measurable campaigns – entirely without traditional job boards or expensive headhunters. The result?
