Near Stuttgart Airport, we implemented a recruiting campaign for Kemmner Logistik GmbH to attract warehouse employees. Since the company operates in the air freight sector, applicants also had to meet security-related requirements — making a targeted approach to the right audience even more important. Within one month, more than 250 applications were generated. Two new employees have already been hired, while the selection process is still ongoing. A particularly positive side effect of the increased social media presence was the additional 40+ applications received directly through Kemmner Logistik’s independent career page. Once again, this highlights the importance of strong visibility on social media platforms.
